So, I've been dying to take pictures lately. It's so damn beautiful outside.. But I don't have a camera at the moment, which sucks. Hopefully sometime soon I can afford to just buy one.. *crossing fingers* anyway.. In the mean time I suppose I will continue to paint out my feelings. Also, I've been working on singing again.. I'm hoping to get on The Voice next time around. That should be interesting. ha. I've got a lot of confidence problems.. I really need to work on that. I know I have talent, but for some reason.. the fear of failing or not being good enough has always kept me from following my dreams. I don't want it to take over any more

I can make a candle.. sure, why not.

So.. Today I decided to make a homemade candle out of old candles of mine. It worked pretty well. I just melted the wax.. took some string from an old scarf of mine and dipped it into the hot wax to make the wick. then tied it to a thin wooden stick. and placed it onto an old jar with the homemade wick inside. then poured some camomile into the hot wax, stirred it and poured a little bit of the wax into the jar. I let it cool and harden around the wick. Then poured the rest of the wax into the jar and let it dry. Then cut the wick and Voila. A brand new candle. :) It made me happy.
